You should watch it. it is a great 007 movie. Lots of action, very good music blended in from scene to scene very nicely, a very very beautiful JB girl, a striking green eyed black haired slim beauty with delicate skin and a very good brain and womanly charm (Vesper)
My sis Kat was kind of upset about the fact that they substituted Pierce Brosnan with D Craig, but even she admits that D Craig is such a good choice for this movie or 007 who just got his license to kill - rugged, sinister, raw, arrogant, self-assured, focused, finding his way to what he would become, not just a suave sophisticated society man with a martini glass who loves girls as disposable pleasures and gets bored quickly with them we are used to over the years, as previous Bonds, but a seemingly cold hearted man who can shoot precisely and run like a machine; he seems to have a greater body than a soul, learning NOT to trust anyone with his only downfall - Vesper. It makes sense why women meant nothing to him afterwards in all other movies we all watched
They changed the original cold war theme and made it contemporary - terrorism and stuff - quite interesting. Nicely done
did I forget to tell that the bad guys are quite humorous. One is bleeding from his eye :P |

read the topic name 8) for starters
Many JB movies are great. Those with Rogers Moore and Pierce Brosnan are my personal favorites. Yet, in “World is not enough” Denise Richardson was by far the worst choice of all, and that is no joke. Sophie Marceau was excellent, but this empty head blonde D Richardson was a very poor choice and she ruined the movie
“Hello I am a PHd in physics”… right and Ricki is a ballerina..   hehehehehehe…Denise Richardson is a high school football team cheerleader at best |

Kamar, if you like the dark side of the moon, then I would assume you like Pink Floyd, in which case, you should like Bond movies...I am not so sure about the newest one coming out, apparently that is becoming more PC ( politically correct)
Bond films are fantasy, romance, strength.....good against evil with stunning scenes that allow love and what is good to win in great style
Look at Peter Sellers, the bumbling idiot that makes you believe that if you have faith, you will be spared all your ignorant bumblings to allow what we all hold true and good to come up victorious(The pink panther set of movies).
It is different to movies like 'The terminator' or maybe 'Aliens' which prey upon ones fears and doubts. |
