:-({|= This the worlds tiniest violin playing a sad tune cause me and my fiance have discussed where we want to go for our honeymoon and have decided to nix Egypt.
When we first met he used to say that Cairo would be where he wanted to go for a honeymoon...but since I've already been...and he wants to do something we've both never done...we had to forgo Egypt.
A part of me was hoping that he would change his mind but no go. Anyways the good news is we've decided to take a cruise around the Meditereanean (sp?) and it stops in Italy, Greece, Czechoslovakia, and Turkey...so I can't complain all that much...
But I still miss Cairo...and love everything -- the azhan playing, the crumbling sidewalks with sand, the Nile, the shopping...and the wonderful people. |

alark, for some reason I thought you already were in Cairo :?
A cruise round the Mediterranean sounds lovely, though.....and Cairo will still be there for another time. 8) |

I used to live in Cairo. Now I am back in Canada - in the west Coast.
You're right, Cairo will always be there I know...but I think it's gonna end up at the bottom of the list for awhile. |
