Up to now there isn't anybody here that likes the same types of music as myself, but that may change some day in the future.
Just in case that happens, I am keen to mention a CD that I have bought that is absolutely first class. It is Bruckner's Symphony number 8 in C minor (the Nowak edition). Something like this has to have the best performance and I believe that Nikolaus Harnoncourt conducting the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra has it here.
Some of Bruckner's music can be a bit dry, but this one is far from that and I can enjoy listening to all 80 minutes of it without a break. |
