The shot tiger
As man of silence
In a worldy storm
Licks her wound.
And blood
Drop by drop
Drip through the gap
Into the bowl of history |

Enjoyment of art and aesthetic capacity of mankind is dispensable of his/her dramatic character and contemplative attitude. |

(maybe this will help you.)
enjoyment of the arts and aesthetic, and capacity of mankind is dispensable to his/her dramatic(i would have said dynamic) character and contemplative attitude? ??? (towards what? religion and love?)
to reiterate your Profound use of the english language in such a strange idiom confuses most.
aesthetic=( pertaining to, involving, or concerned with pure emotion and sensation as opposed to pure intellectuality) |

Ratty,
I would ask Ali to elaborate his statement, rather than interpreting it into something different than what it was meant to be. |

My Understanding of what Ali is trying to say, is that the enjoyment of art, and the tasteful capacity of a human, is influenced by his vivid character and thoughtful attitude
I believe he made this comment to tell you that you/ anyone can possibly understand/ taste the opening of this thread, if you free your mind into deep thought about what's behind the words |
