Manners in the 21st centuary appear to have vanished....
To-day I was in a large store. I was looking at CDs. A CD ...that I was no where near fell off the shelf. It landed at the feet of a male. He heard it fall, he heard me say'Oh dear' but he did not bother to pick it up. It was closer to him than me, but he continued to look at something he was reading.
Then
Continuing round the store there were two trollies side by side, so I said excuse me please, you would have thought I had asked for a miracle. They took their time in letting me pass.
That was just two incedences...
People appear to be so wrapped up in them selves they have no time to be civil GRRRRRRRRRR :? :? :? |

Ohhhhhh Hedgy! I can relate to that 100%. I remember when I was VERY pregnant, say 8 1/2 months & big as a house. I was in the local shopping mall, I had to use the ladies room (of course) & there was a line. I begged the 20 something woman who was next in line to please allow me to go first, you know what she said?
Use the sink! !!!!!!!!! |

| Sadly this is so true - and even more sadly it's just the tip of the iceberg. |
