So i'm posting to gather any interesting info i can. To help me make an informed decision. Looking forward to learning/knowing more about this country. |

Poppy I am surprised you are thinking of leaving Alex
where you are so happy and have made many friends!
Just Google "Abu Dhabi" and you will get lots of info
I have only been there on my way to Oman but its very different from Egypt, Its very modern if you love shopping then thats the place ,some friends have lived there and liked it but these were working for an Oil company or Diplomatic Service so they had ready furnished houses to move into a ready madesocial life , clubs etc, many things are already organised for them so its easy living
You need to have a careful look at what you are going to earn since your expenses will be a lot higher, housing, food, transport
Cost of living is considerably higher than Alex.
Abu Dhabi will be a different life style but in the end its what you make of it anywhere in the world .
 |

My egyptian friends is living in Abu Dabhi from 2 years. He always say methat all is very beautiful there, all is much modern but also all is very expansive....
I asked in my travel agency for go there for 10 days and they asked me 1950 euro
I don't know if you are going for work and if your work will give you home, if no, think that all is very expansive. |
