When you dial a number to get some information and you have to stay on the line forever because you have to press a number and another one and another one only to find out that there is no way to actually have a human being talking to you. Grrrr. By the time you get to number 7, you forget what number 1 was all about. Drives me nuts!!!!!
OK, I feel better now. :-) |

| LoL this make me crazy too! what I usually do is not hit a button at all LoL this way I pretend I dont have a touch tone phone & I get a person right away :wink: |

| It especially drives me crazy when I am angry and you keep getting those damn menus. I have been known to say some bad things when I am on hold......then I heard that they can hear what you say when you are on hold.......I have mended my ways...... :oops: |
