Hi,
I watched a friend make molokhiya but never wrote down the ingredients or measurements or anything. If any of you kind people have the recipe could you please post it :D.
Oh, and one question? I remember they ended up taking the chicken out of the broth and grilling it. Is it possible to include the chicken as part of the molokhiya or is that ruining the recipe? |

Replace rabbits for chickens if you wish ... I don't think keeping the chicken in the broth would ruin the recipe at all ...

Something went terribly wrong with my molokhiya. It turned out greyish-green and sour...and I know this is not the way molokhiya is supposed to taste.
I used the only molokhiya I could find here which was in a can...maybe that did it?? |

if im right and you live in Canada, there are what is called "arabic stores" where you can shop for arabic stuff, get frozen molokhiya packs i dunno what the brand name is but u can ask the one who works there :lol: canned arabic stuff except fooul is weird dont buy it :lol: |
