A friend of mine called me yesterday and it was our first time to talk after like 2 years or so..His first question was: Did ya get married?
My answer was a big NO...then he told this statement "El nas el kommal mesh beyetgawezzo" (Translation: good ones don't get married!)...
Then he went on sayin that his sister is almost 30 and didn't get married...we are 27 and we didn't get married..Kommal ba2a :lol: :lol:
Man! That's too funny.... :lol: :lol:

Is that true though? :wink: :?:

Note: For married ones: I don't mean anythin' wallahi!

I think picky people take longer to get married. I'm not married, and I'll admit I'm picky. And the longer you stay out of a long-term relationship, the harder it is to give up freedom, independence, and make compromises. You'd have to find THE one for you to really want to give some of that up. But that's my 2 cents' worth. :o

I think picky people take longer to get married. I'm not married, and I'll admit I'm picky. And the longer you stay out of a long-term relationship, the harder it is to give up freedom, independence, and make compromises. You'd have to find THE one for you to really want to give some of that up. But that's my 2 cents' worth. :o
That means I will never get married, then! :wink:

i agree with u 100%, the more u spend our of relation and the more progress u achieve in your life, u become more picky, and more self confident , the more self confidence u gain , the more u get attatched to your image of ideal partner, and it will be hard to let it go ,
the hard equation will be :
ideal partner \self convenience = your ability to be lonely \passing time

2 sides of an equation , relative to eachothers , how u handle them???

loly, there is no problem , it is the equation that we are trying to solve, or let me ask u a question , how long time u r going to wait till u be convenient with the ideal image of your partner? and what if it took sometimes , will u wait till u get what is in your mind , or u will let it go ?

i always like to take my time in the relationships with people, so even friends, i give them at least 6 months before i can trust and be welling to continue this relationship whatever it is friendship or love or whatever .
but what i really love is face to face interactions !......

and when talking ba2a about the life partner, i think it will take from me longer time that any other interaction, to see and to feel if he is that image i will be happy with and can live with till the end of time o not !

and even if i felt that he is not that one i can be aaaaaa emmmm lets say be the partner i want, so i will give him more time, inorder to be fair, then if then i couldnt change things in him or live with him like that then , i will go, just i will go, and without telling him that i'm now away!
