I am sure that Claire will not be interested in the Tasha of the molokheya for one...
But for the rest, it is said that the most important part of cooking the molokheya is the part when u heat up the margarine and add the garlic..when it is golden u add some molokheya and it will make a sound teshhhhh !!!...this is the tashaaaa!!...when it makes this sound, u have to take a deep breath!!!! ha ha..now that i am writing it, it sounds like something out of 1000 nights!!!
I donot remember who my first love was!!!!..Honest...I do remember that i was in a mixed school though and that there was an ample supply of love stories !!!

Do u have any objections about the name ? not all people are called Sarah, nancy, u know....

My first questuon of many is:
What makes you happy most in life?
You can be philosophical if you like  |

Do you believe in 'waiting till marriage'?
Do you still collect the same things that you did as a child?
Do you think it's important to understand why you love someone? |

I wont be philosophical. I wish i were like CBB and had dreams and now see them fulfilled, or not.
I donot look forward to things !! I find myself in a situation and i feel, wow, i am happy..i am satisfied..or i am not...but i never thought, if only i had this or that..I never had any material aspirations!!!..However, i do know that i am not satisfied now because i am jobless, but in the back of mind am still thinking, and what tells u that getting a job will make u satisfied or happier ?
so, i donot know what makes me happy..I just feel happy or not !! (moody ya3nee)

I hope my answers are up to questions ya Adoula.
We do have a breadbox, but we use it for cakes!
I keep the bread in the freezer and defrost as many as necessary.
Salt is essential, pepper is extra.
I didnot think it was a job for women, till i came here..There r taxi drivers, bus drivers, train drivers and Lorry drivers of the female species and u cannot tell the difference..they drive as smoothly as any man..
But may be u meant a taxi driver in Cairo ? no, women should not be taxi drivers in our Cairo !!
(is this a philosophical answer ?? 8)

Yes (both religiously and socially)
Did i say i collected anything as a child !
It is important if you want to understand yourself !! but that is not always something wise !!
For example, i had a friend who had a 3arees (arranged marriage groom) who was perfect by normal standards..but she didnot like his hair!!!...she refused for that reason after 1 year of engagement..!!! u may call her hayfa but then again she was honest (ok, late honesty is better than never) to herself and accepted the fact that in her opinion she cannot accept to love someone who is not good looking!!..maybe she had to admit to herself that she is ahyaf that she expected herself to be, but then what can she do !!!

On what kind of occasions do you lie?
How do feel right now--ie, what is your current state of mind?
What historical person do you most admire--and why?
What living person do you most admire--and why?
What living person do you most despise--and why?
Huh, tany wala efaya  |

kefaya because some questions make me think and that is not good!!
I am optimistic and cheerful. I will go to Amsterdam tomorrow ISA and it has the same feel as the se3eedy who goes to Cairo!! with all the precautions, of donot talk to strangers, there r pick pockets there...etc..etc..
I am not good at lying...= my face shows it all..so i just try to avoid answering!!!
I like crooked politicians or the so called crooked, like Mickiavelli..He had an aim and went for it...The end does justify the mean when the end is noble (then we will have to define NOBLE).
I am way over the age when one is so judegemental about fellow beings!!
