First prize: A poetry book
Second and Third prize winners will get a surprise from Monica :lol:
Contest Rules
Each poem may be no longer than 25 lines.
Each entrant may submit no more than six poems.
Entries must be posted not later than the deadline date
There will be a YE pannel of judges
We encourage EVERYONE to participate
One condition applies to EACH poem..the word E G Y P T has to be included....................................................................................
Deadline: September 30th, 2004
Pannel of judges will be the ones not participating to the contest |

After I missed the sense of trust

Do I belong here or something is holding me back??

jag luv, Crash sweetie, you have the right to 6 poems...and the word Egypt or Egyptian DOES NOT have to be in a 'patriotic' context ya 7elween...be creative kida ommalll....
But let me compromise..because you were the first to contribute...and wallahy I knew the POET in you was going to pop ya gama3aa... :wink:
Within 6 poems, at least ONE should have the word Egypt or Egyptian, or any city oe even district in Egypt: Cairo Alex..Sharm he he he...Hurghada..
FAIR ENOUGH??
so here it goes..
Each contestant has the right to post 6 poems
One within those 6 poems should contain the word Egypt/Egyptian or any city or even district in Cairo
deadline is September 30th
PLUS..the poem SHOULD have a TITLE...Thanks |

That does not make sense. If only one of the six needs to relate to Egypt does that mean that if five poems are posted, none of them need to have an Egyptian context? :lol: :lol:
Also what is a poem? Does it have to rhyme or is it poetic prose? Not being awkward, just clariifying the rules. |

Thanks for the questions..
let me try and make sense he he he...
If you are posting only ONE The rule is that the word EGYPT or anything related to Egypt should be included..and of course not necessarily in a patriotic way..and I know you are creative so i will not give an example..
In other words ONE poem at least should have the word Egypt ( by each contestant)..wether you post 1 or 6...
Poetry..or prose...is FINE...
