After a week of bad luck, my boss said yesterday that someone had put the evil eye on Mr. C & I. I had to slaughter a rabbit and give it to a poor person.

Here is what has happened over the past 7 days:

Friday: Truck smashed into the car as Mr. C was coming to pick me up from work.
Saturday: Our friend took us shopping - Mr. C. lost his wallet.
Sunday: After baking all morning needed a shower - no water.
Monday: No electricity.
Tuesday: Back to work after my 3 days 'rest' - no water.
Wednesday: Got the car back - Has used my brand new spare tyre to replace the front damaged tyre. Back tyre which had a split - has been glued. Back rear glass still broken. Seats filthy from dirty greasy oily clothes. Used so much petrol I wonder if he drove to Luxor.
Yesterday: Went to bank on the way to work. Very windy. As I opened the car door the wind caught it and it blew into my face. Now have a cut under my eye.

I am taking no chances today and am wearing my Eye of Horus bracelet.

So do you think someone has given me the Evil Eye?

How do I end this run of bad luck - apart from staying in bed for a month.

Evil Eye.....believe that its a load of old rubbish. If you do that then you are no better than the 1% of Egyptians who believe it....

Bad luck follows us all and you are no different to me...

From the beginning of the year.......not a week...

Flu...which lasted 4 weeks

Had a bad fall shortly after recovering....still suffering with the after effects

Nearly went through the wind screen of car......a women pulled out in front of us and did not know how to turn the steering wheel...had it not been for safety belt I would be dead now

Mr H got a new car and has had a number of people bump into him...then they claim they are sick with sugar in blood or sick mother....so as not to pay for their mistake....

Last bump caused by a police man, who threatened to put him in jail and held him for questioning...all night and it was the police man at fault. When they discovered I was British they released him

I could go on and on. I have learnt to say 'you won't go to paradise' and to give a curse in Arabic....people soon pull back

To finish.....when the new car arrived it was covered in red hand prints. It was blood. Yes MR H had had a sheep killed and dipped his hands in the blood and covered the car in hand prints.....this I was told was so the driver would be safe and the car not have accidents :lol: :lol: :lol: And to protect from evil eye.............Load of rubbish

Muslims do not understand that this blood letting was done by the Jews before they escaped from Egypt.....they Placed these prints around their front doors for safety from the Egyptians...... :shock:
