:) I have checked out of my house and checked into a Hotel
I am pretty exausted :) but It will not be long now
just a few more days and I will be be on my way :)
Still need to do the handover of the key to the new owner which will happen in the attorney's office (Tuesday)then get the money to the bank and next day I am off Yippee !
This hotel as you can see is overlooking the marina its what Seabird would call 5 star :) but I did not pay a 5 star price :wink:
when I booked I went there and said whats your bestest beeestest price ?
They gave me 36 % :shock: off the normal price ! :) (yep I have worked it out )
This is the view from my room
I have everything you might wish in my hotel
except one thing
The internet is broken :(
When will it be repaired :?: I asked
Maņana :lol:
so I am on the net in my house now untill dinnertime
....and you ? Do you ask for discount or do you just pay what they ask ? |

| I usually try to ask about discounts before I even step out of my home...It's always better...but sometimes there is no bargain..so I just take it or leave it...For this Hotel I would turn every stone to have it affordable at the lowest possible price :lol: |

| He tries Winky, but if they do not budge, he accepts it, much the same as I soometimes do. if what they ask is really outragious. I hire a whore off the street to accompany me, they can make a discount happen more than the price I have to pay for them...try it sometime ;) |

She has been very much on my mind since I havent heard from Sean since my last message to you all about her

Guys I have been trying to post this now for half an hour
I have to put everything together and am close to giving up :evil:
Can NOT log in with my normal Telcom ADSL connection
but am able to read the forum

I am using my Vodafone mobile connect 3G card :evil: for this (expensive!)
so you might understand if you do not see much of me posting here
The view from the balcony and the hotel I stayed in, after I left my house
and this is how the area around it looked like :arrow:
Arrived in Capetown this morning at 8 AM
I am using my last grains of energy before crashing into bed
been a busy busy day ...
I took the shot of the plane yesterday evening, minutes before boarding itin Heathrow airport
the rest are taken just before descending through the dark winter rain clouds over Capetown
No dramatic Tablemountain shots I had hoped for :(
The temperature is like Cairo in the winter
except that there is more rain in Capetown
Tomorrow forecast :
Saturday
Clear. High: 66° F. / 19° C. Wind light.
