This evening I stopped to take a few photos of Gibraltar
:) As you probably know I live in Andalucia, Spain
but not for long any more, in 2 weeks I will be flying back to CapeTown via London I sold everything here :)
I took this photo from along a road which winds its way high up through the hills
The buildings you see are from a town called La Linea which is in Spain ,it means "Border" in Spanish
The Rock you see in the photo is Gibraltar which is British territory
The boats are sailing through the straight of Gibraltar and the lights on the other side of the water are from Morroco North Africa
I always think how unique a sight this is ...
thought to share it with you

Really Hoss ?
That surprises me I did not know it looked like that I thought it was flat :)
:) Thought you might like it :)
:) ok I will show you the other side of Gibraltar
this is Tarifa where I
went on Monday
Spend time in this place
http://www.hotelhurricane.com/en/index.html
Walked along the beach, watched the kitesurfers
http://www.hotelhurricane.com/en/surfvideos.html
Hiked in the hills , had lunch in the chiringuito(beachbar) which is on a cliff above the beach with great views all the way to North Africa (Morocco)
This beach was just below the famous (in kitesurfers circles) Hurricane Hotel
The entrance into the Mediterranean with Africa in the distance
Ferry returning from Morrocco to Tarifa Spain (It takes only 30 minutes )
and this is the "backside" and not so photogenic side of Gibraltar from the top of a hill in Cadiz
