Only 1 counry in the world recognized freedom of Chechnya. It is Egypt.
Head income of Egypt- russian tourists. I cannot understand- why government of Egypt so like to injure for itself. |

Chechnya is a complex issue. I do not think it should be a separate country from persepctive of its georgraphy within Russia, incentive and spill over effect for other regions to disintegrate, a camp for extremism to brew. I am not sure what the right solution is
Yet both Russian and Chechen govts are ruthless, Russian and Chechen people suffered a great deal. Grozny is Stone Age. Russian soldiers esp young boys were cheated by their generals and sent to Chechnya to fight without their knowing where they were going but simply told "training" during the first war in 1994. Young 18-year olds who could barely hold a gun let alone fight against gorilla well trained fighters who are almost their parents age, men who know every stone in the mountains and ruthless like savages whose only occupation for centuries was to fight war even against their own civil kind who did farming or what not. Not just in the 20th century but even in times of the Russian empire before 1917. Chechn fighters are nothing but warlords who use their agenda to enrich their pockets on devastation of their own Chechen women and children who actually so driven to insanity by the war, poverty, horror that they should be tried at the Hague for killing both Chechen people and Russians. Russian generals who cheated and sent Russian kids to fight to enrich their pockets should be tried at the same trial - all of them
Russian mothers traveled undercover using financial and housing assistance from underground orgs to save their sons. They faced bullets from both sides, Russian army for defection and treason and those of Chechen butchers as well - all for the sake of getting their boys out of there. Needless to say Chechen mothers helped Russian mothers. it is a ruthless blood shed and nonesense
Chechen's warlords' bread and butter have always been war on a civil population be if Chechen or Russian or nearby regions |
